Fire Guts AY Comedian Lagos Home, Fans, And Relations React
Popular Nigerian comedian Ayodeji Makun, popularly known as AY, has reacted to the inferno that engulfed his Lagos home on Sunday.
A viral video, recorded by a social media user named @Postsubman, shows that AY’s house was gutted by fire on Sunday. The roof of the three-story building was on fire.
Many celebrities and fans of the comedian, including his younger brother and fashion designer, Yomi Casual, sympathized with the comedian and his family.
However, in his reaction, AY said that all glory be to God for the safety of his family. He took to his Instagram page to share videos and pictures of his wife and children, who are presently on vacation abroad.
His post reads, “Family and God. That is what’s important. Everything else comes and goes. Can’t wait to join you guys in the US in a few days.”
