In an interview with our correspondent, Adeyemi said: “After my surgery and transplant in October 2019 and managing my health conditions till October 2021, while feeling unusual, I went for a medical check up at Zenith Medical and Kidney Centre Lagos office and was told my kidney had infection. We treated it and also had a session of plasma exchange because my body was rejecting the kidney. “

In October 2021, the medical centre revealed to me that my kidney has approximately a year and six (6) months to function before it packs up. Here we are now. It’s been a year and six months since the kidneys started getting weaker all day. I am already on dialysis now. Adeyemi said.

Adenekan Adeyemi Roland had been advised by Zenith Medical and Kidney Centre to go on another urgent kidney transplant in order to save his life because his condition is in a chronic state.

Adeyemi is calling on Nigerians to assist him financially as a some of twenty million naira is urgently needed to carry out another urgent kidney transplant.
