A member of several prestigious professional bodies, her journey with Adron Homes began in January 2024 as Group Company Secretary. Her strategic vision and leadership earned her rapid promotions, culminating in her appointment as Managing Director.
OLUBUNMI AKINFE
With a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Olubunmi is an esteemed leader who has advanced through several key roles at Adron Homes. From Deputy Sales Manager to Chief Operating Officer and later Director General of Sales and Marketing, her leadership acumen and operational expertise have been pivotal to the company’s growth. Now as Deputy Managing Director, she will drive efficiency and innovation.
IHUOMA AZURU
Ihuoma’s academic achievements include a B.Sc. in Accounting, an M.Sc. in Business Management, and an MBA in Human Resources. Her leadership at Adron Homes spans roles such as Group Head Admin and HR and Director General of Sales and Marketing. Her appointment as Assistant Managing Director for Lagos reflects her exceptional leadership and strategic vision.
ODUNOLA OGUNDAPO
A sales and marketing professional with a B.Sc. in Geology from Olabisi Onabanjo University and an M.Sc. in Sedimentary and Petroleum Geology from the University of Lagos, Odunola began her career at Adron Homes in 2017. Rising swiftly through the ranks, she now serves as Assistant Managing Director for Sales and Marketing (Western Nigeria), where she continues to deliver innovative strategies and drive team excellence.
AMINAT HAASTRUP
With a degree in Estate Management and Customer Experience from Yaba College of Technology, Aminat is a passionate advocate for customer-centric strategies.
