AYO OGUNGBIYE LED EXECUTIVES OF ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS, AMUWO ODOFIN CHAPTER INAUGURAL MEETING HELD ON SATURDAY, 14TH MAY 2022
It was an historical moment for All Progressives Congress in Amuwo Odofin as the authentic Executives led by Comrade Ayo Ogungbiye had it’s inaugural meeting in Festac Town.
In a press release e-signed by Mr. Deji Oyefeso, the Public Relations Officer, All Progressives Congress, Amuwo Odofin LGA, said this meeting has finally laid to rest the speculations about the authentic Executives of All Progressives Congress in Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area as all the Executives for the Local Government Area and all the wards Chairmen were all present at the inaugural meeting.
Alhaji Wasiu Lawal, Chief Ayeni and Chief Taiwo Sajobi members of the Apex Leadership of the party were also present at the meeting.
Comrade Ogungbuyi, in his remark admonished the party’s Local Government Area and Wards Executives to go back to their respective wards and harmonize all the interest groups towards the forthcoming general elections.
He also informed them of the plans of the party to mobilize residents for the ongoing INEC registration. This exercise will help in increasing the number of eligible voters for the 2023 general elections.
It was at the meeting that the following Chairpersons of the party received the authentic list of executives at their respective wards;
Mr Agiri Adeniyi (Ward A1)
Engr Thaddeus Ogunshakin (Ward A2)
Mr Adeniyi Fujah (Ward B 1)
Mr Kehinde Olubodun (Ward B2)
Mrs Bolanle Agboola (Ward C)
Mr Iwakun Femi (Ward J)
Mr Adeshina Adenuga (Ward K)
The LGA Party Chairman further directed all the Ward Chairpersons to have their inaugural meetings in earnest because the task ahead is herculean. He assured everyone that his administration will run an open door and all inclusive party affairs.
