Drivers Licence: FRSC Boss Assures Nigerians of Enhanced Service Delivery

In another proactive step towards entrenching ease of doing business, quality assurance and customer satisfaction, the Corps Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps, Shehu Mohammed has paid a working visit to Drivers License Capture Centres, Road Signage and Number Plates production plants as well as the Print Farm to ascertain the contemporary challenges confronting the workings of the production plants and capture centres.

 

In a statement made available to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP) by the Public Education Officer, Corps Commander Olusegun Ogungbemide, the FRSC boss assured the teaming community of the motoring public of his administration’s commitment towards the enhancement of quality service delivery on all FRSC products and services.

 

While inspecting the facilities, the Corps Marshal had on the spot assessment of the processes and equipments, identifying challenges with a view to addressing them head on.

 

He revealed that the outing was fruitful as obvious challenges have been identified, noting that the identified challenges will be completely surmounted in the nearest future.

 

The Corps Marshal added that for more efficient result, technical partners of the Corps will be involved in fashioning the way out as well as finding lasting solutions to all the problems.

 

Expectedly, he assured the general motoring public of FRSC’s commitment to continuous improvement in the quality of service and products it delivers. He particularly assured the general public that the present challenges encountered with the National Drivers License portal would soon be a thing of the past.

 

He therefore seeks the support and cooperation of the general public as the Corps puts in more efforts to deliver its mandate.
