In order to engender policies and laws that will lead to the transformation of the society as well as provide quality representation for the good people of Lagos Central Senatorial District, Mr. Olatunji Samuel Adigun has declared his interest to run for senate under the Accord Party. He made this plan known when he attended the state executives’s meeting of the Accord Party in Lagos last Thursday 5th May. The meeting took place at the party’s state secretariat located along Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, Almaroof bus-stop, Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos.
Gunning for the Green Chambers of the National Assembly under the Accord Party flag, Mr. Olatunji Adigun said that he is running on a path of conviction. ‘This is a path of conviction. I was formerly a member of A New Nigeria (ANN) party and I felt that their manifesto resonated with my vision and mission. About 4 years ago, I contested there but there were issues post-elections which were unresolved.’

From the aristocratic Akinsemoyin family on her maternal side, Mr. Adigun has launched his campaign on the ‘Hope Again’ mantra. He gave a thumbs-up to the leaders of Accord Party for maintaining character and discipline which has made the party one of the most reputable political brands in Nigeria. He gave his word to continue to uphold the party ideals, ‘I can see the good heart exhibited in this party. I join the Accord Party so we can strengthen ourselves and build ourselves. I give my word, we will build this party together.’
