Olam Agri Nigeria has been recognised by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer 2026, marking the sixth consecutive year the company has earned the prestigious certification. The recognition highlights Olam Agri’s continued commitment to building a high-performing, purpose-driven workplace that prioritises employee engagement, growth, and wellbeing.

 

The Top Employers Institute, a global authority in HR certification active in 131 countries, also recognised Olam Agri across the African continent, along with certifications in Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Mozambique, Senegal, South Africa, Australia, The Netherlands, and Switzerland. The programme evaluates organisations on six key areas, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
