Retired ACM Adeleye Pays Courtesy Visits To RS2 Commander, ACM Oladayo, Pledges Support To FRSC’s Mission

To show commitment, love and dedication to safer road, the retired Assistant Corps Marshal (ACM) of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Rotimi Adeleye, yesterday – June 3, 2025, paid a visit to the agency’s Zone RS2 in Lagos State.
He was warmly received by the current Zonal Commander, ACM Ann O. Oladayo, who took over the leadership on Monday, May 5, 2024. She was the first female to occupy the position in the Zone’s history since its creation since 1988.
The visit served as a chance to congratulate the new Zonal Commander, extend hands of fellowship and to declare a total support with ZCO’s intention of leading with discipline, innovation, results-driven approach that will bring renewed energy and direction to the zone which comprises both Lagos and Ogun states.
ACM Adeleye rtd pledged to work with the Zonal Commander to strengthening public enlightenment campaigns and other relevant strategies geared towards maximum reduction of road traffic crashes on the road which is primary objectives of the Corps.
He was once the RS2 Commander. He resumed office on February 23, 2023 to coordinate and supervised the operations of the zone as the 23rd zonal commander.
He took over the baton from retired Deputy Corps Marshal (DCM) Peter Kibo who served the zone between 2020 – 2023.
Before his retirement, ACM Adeleye served the Corps in different capacity which includes Head, Computer Department in 80s; Sector Commander in Ondo State; Head of IT and SAP in Headquarters; Zonal Commander in Zone 12 before posted back to RS2 Lagos as Zonal Commander.
