A student from Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto State has been burned to death by her classmates for allegedly insulting Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
The incident occurred on Thursday morning, according to SaharaReporters. Muslim students dragged her out of her hostel and set her on fire.
In March 2021, a group of enraged youths in the Sade community in the Darazo Local Government Area of Bauchi State burned to death a guy named Talle Mai Ruwa for allegedly insulting Prophet Muhammad.
Mai Ruwa was pulled away from his home on Tuesday in front of his mother and burned to death in the midst of the village, according to SaharaReporters.
Eyewitnesses shared graphic photos of the incident with SaharaReporters, showing a middle-aged guy being burned along with his tyres.
