COWS IN THEIR HANDS, GUNS ARE THEIR TRADE :
– Afenifere National Youth Council Fumes at the Last Clash Between Nigeria Army and Amotekun Corps In Akure
The Afenifere National Youth Council has expressed concern over the recent spate erupted in a rage at the recent clash in Akure between the Nigerian Army and the Amotekun Corps. The incident in Ondo State, where the Nigerian Army attacked the South West Security Network code name “AMOTEKUN” because they had confiscated cows in violation of the laws of an autonomous state, is beyond comprehension.
In a press statement e-signed and released to the People’s Voice Nigeria Online News, the council still maintains that there are no sacred cows now in Nigeria and never would there be.
The Statement Read:
“Sequel to our publication in February, Afenifere National Youth Council the apex sociocultural youth organization in Yoruba Land still maintains that there are no sacred cows now in Nigeria and never would there be.”
“The northern oligarchs are settling a precidence and the clarity we seek is are the Nigerian Army an extension of that process? It beats out imagination to see the current incidence in Ondo State on the 6th April where the Nigerian Army attacked the South West Security Network code name “AMOTEKUN” because they had seized cows violating the laws of an autonomous state.”
“When Sharia law was implemented in the northern state (not minding that Nigerian is a secular state) nobody from the south raised an eyebrow so what is the interest of the north on ravaging and destroying all that the south stands for including their farm lands.”
“Every complains and petition to the Federal government has seem to be a child calling out to a deaf father of an impending storm soonest the child will find an alternative-Self help is not just brutal but it’s on the table.”
“It is evil to see a Federal government that appears not to be bothered or that employs the organs of government representing our common wealth to give advantage to a part of the country.”
“For an autonomous state we begin to wonder the value of the Federal government to it. The states under the constitution have right to make laws for the safety of their people and the open anti-grazing law domesticated in all the states of the south west has come to stay not minding how anyone feels.”
“Samuel Ortom has been labelled a wailer, are the southern governors wailers too. Let this resonate across the north and the presidency that when the wailers can no longer wail the wailers and their families would then defend with their blood.”
