Nobody Is Save As Herdsmen Kill another Five In Another Ondo Community — Com. Ogunji Timilehin SYAN Clerk

The National Deputy Clerk Southern Youth Assembly of Nigeria (SYAN) Com. Ogunji Timilehin has raised  alarm regarding the insecurity condition in Ondo State. Ogunji said no citizen of the state is safe again because of the concurrent killing in the state by the Fulani Herdsmen.

Not fewer than five (5) persons have been killed in Arimogija community of Ose local government in Ondo state, after gunmen suspected to be Fulani herders attacked farmers on their farmland on Monday afternoon, according to Nigeria Cable online news

It was also gathered that the Monday attack left many others with various degrees of injury.

Nigerian Cable News online reported how the gunmen had attacked Omolege, a border community in the same local government, killed three people and razed houses between the late hours of thursday (6th) and early hours of friday (7th) of January 2022.

Governor Akeredolu visited Omolege on Sunday, and vowed to hunt the perpetrators.
However, the gunmen visited farmers in the next community with another attack on Monday afternoon, leaving at least five people death.

However, the National Deputy Clerk Southern Youth Assembly of Nigeria (SYAN),Hon. Ijisemi Samuel Ayorinde condemned the unfortunate incident and sympathized with the family of the deceased. Furthermore he urgues everyone to be security conscious because nobody is save and report any form of action or activities that can affect the lives and property in a negative way to any security personnel as soon as possible .

Hon. Ijisemi urges all the security personnel within the state and the country which includes the Amotekun, Nigeria Police Force, Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps,the Nigeria Army and so on not to relent in there effort in taken the country out of the wilderness of insecurity because the battle against insecurity will soon be over in Nigeria as far as they are doing the needful.
