The White Cap Chief Mobee of Badagry Kingdom, Chief Amb. Patrick Yedenu Mobee, has congratulated Princess Damilola Sonayon James on her emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) Deputy Governorship Candidate for Lagos State, describing the development as a historic moment for Badagry Division.
The chief said the nomination represents a significant recognition of Badagry’s contributions to the political development of Lagos State and a testament to the resilience and commitment of its people to the growth of the APC.
He particularly commended Samuel Mawuyon Ajose, popularly known as SMA Gold, for courageously contesting the APC governorship race and consistently projecting the aspirations of Badagry at the highest levels of political engagement in the state.
“SMA Gold deserves recognition for boldly championing the Badagry cause through his governorship aspiration. His campaign helped draw attention to the yearning of our people for greater inclusion in the leadership of Lagos State and reinforced the importance of Badagry in the political equation of the state,” he said.
Chief Mobee also appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, APC Governorship Candidate Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, Lagos APC Chairman Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi and other party leaders for supporting a ticket that reflects inclusiveness and recognition of Badagry.
