The Poster adviced Lagos State Residents and commuters who en-route  Mile 2 – Okoko area of Lagos State to always be very vigilant around FIN – NIGER BRIDGE!

According to Abdlateef Adewale Adekanbi via his Facebook profile handle, this bridge top has become a crime / robbery zone at night for some tribes of Okada riders around the area. Once this set of Okada riders board commuters on their bike from Mile 2 or its environ, they pretend to ride through the normal lane (see green marked area on the attached picture) and on approaching the demarcation between the ground lane and the bridge, they swerve on to the bridge where their other gang members are standing waiting for victims.

This set if hoodlums then descend on victims with different types of weapons and disposed them of their valuables.

Abdlateef Adewale Adekanbi claimed to have gotten this vital information from one of his muslim brother who was robbed at the scene and all his valuables was disposed off him on 31st of December, 2021.

He added that another friend of his (Name withheld) also told him about his experience but he was lucky enough to jumped off the bike without injury. We also heard different stories from victims – Abdlateef said

Another commenter to mention but few Steph Steph said the information was very true that her family friend was almost stabbed to death while the bike was on speed. Instead of stealing in peace. They don’t mind wasting the person’s life in the process.

On this note, People’s Voice Nigeria Online News hereby call on the attention of Lagos State Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Lagos State Commissioner of Police – Hakeem Odumosu, Area commander covering this Zone and Police DPO to action on this useful information in-order to combat the situation and save our land.
