- Upgrade of the Itire Transmission Station from 30MVA to 60MVA.
- Rehabilitation of the Amusu Street Community Hall, Ilasamaja.
- Drainage assessments and interventions in Isolo, Okota, and Ejigbo.
Road Construction and Rehabilitation
Through collaboration with relevant agencies, Hon. Okey-Joe facilitated the rehabilitation and repair of several roads, including:

- 3-day Free Medical Outreach in Okota.
- 3-day Free Medical Outreach in Ejigbo.
- 2-day Free Eye Clinic at Ajao Estate.
- 2-day Free Eye Clinic at Ishagatedo, Ire-Akari Estate.
Thousands of residents benefited from free consultations, treatments, medications, and eye care services.
Human Capital Development

His administration sponsored:
- 25 beneficiaries for specialized training programmes in China and Taiwan covering Artificial Intelligence, Media, Finance, Investments, Malaria Elimination, and other strategic sectors.
- 9 beneficiaries for Nursing and Diabetic Care training in South Africa.
- Additional participants for agricultural and professional development programmes abroad.
These opportunities have equipped constituents with global knowledge and employable skills.
Empowerment Programmes
Hon. Okey-Joe has directly impacted hundreds of households through empowerment initiatives, including:
- Entrepreneurship and Skills Acquisition Programmes.
- Distribution of sewing machines and grinding machines to over 120 households.
- Training and startup support for 100 households in fish farming.
