A call for sponsorship as Golden Flower Global Service Unveil 9th Edition of LAFGHECA INTERCOLLEGIATE SPORT FIESTA 2022

“I’d like to extend a warm greeting to all of the invited dignitaries, especially members of the press, to today’s world press conference commemorating the Ninth Edition of the Lagos State First Generation Colleges Association (LAFGHECA) Intercollegiate Sports Competition 2022. (9th Editipn). I am also very elated with the presence of students from the thirty (30) participating Secondary Schools.”
“Sport, without a doubt, plays an important part in connecting us as a society. This is also why sporting activities are urged to be included in the academic calendar of institutions and schools on a yearly basis. It is critical to underline that the goal of the Ninth LAFGHECA intercollegiate sports tournament is to not only identify great sporting skills, but also to heal emotional wounds among peers and foster harmony. The sporting event was created to rekindle ties between first-generation schools and encourage kids to participate in sports.”

We are honored to serve as the franchise holding company for the LAFGHECA INTERCOLLEGIATE SPORTS COMPETITION, and we will do all possible to further project and market the brand in the minds of private sector companies, relevant government institutions and philanthropic individuals. We are optimistic that the private sector, particularly the Fast Moving Commodity Group (F.M.C.G), would grab this opportunity and use the platform to improve brand awareness and perception.

Permit me to honor the contributions of Otunba Olusegun Oladele Olapeju, the visionary and founder of the Lagos State First Generation Heritage Colleges Association. He is on the right side of history, and posterity has accorded him his right place. I’d also like to recognize the immense contributions of Alhaja Yusuf Risikat Olaitan, Pastor Olaboyegun Olusegun, Mr. Adebambo Tajudeen, Pastor Victor Biyibi (Current Chairman), and other executives to the growth of LAFGHECA into a formidable association that has added unprecedented value to the development of education in Lagos State. Their selfless efforts have given the association unprecedented worth.
This global press conference is critical for two reasons;
(i). To officially announce that the NINTH LAFGHECA INTERCOLLEGIATE SPORTS COMPETITION will take place on Saturday, April 9th, 2022 at the Yaba College of Technology Sports Complex.
(ii). We’re also using this medium to appealing to the private sector group to sponsor this sporting event, as there are multiple channels of opportunity that will sporadically magnify their branding and increase their revenues in unimaginable ways. Relevant government institutions and philanthropic individuals are also invited to support us in having a successful sporting aimed at discovering new sports talents.
With the help of philanthropic individuals, we are confident that this edition will be a huge success. Government institutions, sports association agencies. This sporting event, which will include Athletics, Long Jump, Table Tennis, Chess, and Scrabble, will also stimulate the spirit of cooperation and partnership among Lagos State’s first generation schools.
Above all, we need the press community’s enthusiastic assistance to get all of the necessary sponsorships to make this edition a big success. Regards to everyone in attendance at this press conference.
In addition, the association’s Chairman, Mr. Biyibi Victor, who addressed the press, stated that the association’s goal (LAFGHECA) is to promote heritage values through this veritable platform of friendly intercollegiate games, primarily to promote the broad global principles of gender equity, sportsmanship, social academic standards, non-denomination, rules compliance, amateurism, competitive equity, and joy in sports.
The fundamental objectives of schools sports logically follows educational missions such as citizenship, sportsmanship, fair play, teamwork, respect, discipline, good health, and welfare. “A sound mind is a sound body,” he said.
The broad vision is to use sports to promote good health and healthy competition in all forms. I am confident that these can be accomplished by cooperating with Golden Flower Global Services.
The Nigerian nation will benefit in the long run from broader global advances. – “Cash them while they’re young,” as they say.
